Town Centre Redevelopment & Mixed Use
Stonehurst Estates are currently developing several prominent town centre projects.
St James, Dover

Bond City, a subsidiary of Stonehurst Estates, won a national competition to deliver this major regeneration project. Anchored by a 100,000 sq ft supermarket, the site will also consist of a 100-bed hotel, 598 surface space car park, seven retail units and three restaurant units, plus 53 social housing apartments. The eye-catching centrepiece is a 60-metre LED communications tower, a new landmark for Dover visible for miles around.
Greenwich Promenade

For years the visitors to Greenwich's historic attractions have been greeted by a jumble of old buildings. Following the redevelopment by Stonehurst Estates there will be a new ticketing office for the frequent river services and 3 restaurants in two stunning buildings designed by Conran & Partners.
Pall Mall House Manchester

As part of the redevelopment of Pall Mall House, Manchester we have created a branded restaurant and provided a high street unit for Tesco.
