Current projects include:

• The Light ApartHotel, Manchester's first Boutique ApartHotel, which opened its doors in January, 2009. Bookings now being taken
• The transformation of the historic Greenwich Promenade in time for the London Olympics in 2012
• A major regeneration of Dover town centre as the preferred partner of Dover District Council
